New Office Information
On Monday, January 23, we opened our doors in a brand new location. We are still working on lifesaving research, access, and prevention – just at a new zip code!
Our new address is:
Community Research Initiative
The Schrafft’s City Center
529 Main Street, Suite 301
Boston, MA 02129
Will CRI’s phone, fax, and email change?
All of our phone numbers, fax lines, and email addresses (including for the HDAP program) will stay the same as they are now.
Who should I contact if I have questions about the new location?
Please feel free to give us a call at 617.502.1700 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where should I send my HDAP application and documents?
Please send all documents to our new address. This is the best way to ensure that we receive everything in a timely manner. Our mail will also be forwarded from our current address to our new building, but it may be delayed.
If I am a participant in a research study, will I still come to CRI for my study visits?
Yes! Our new location has a brand new, private research wing. We’ll give you a tour and show you around on your first visit.
How do I get to the new office?
CRI’s new office has space for onsite parking and is accessible by public transportation. If you plan to drive to our office, please let us know before your visit. We will ensure we have a parking space available for you.
By Public Transportation
CRI’s new office is accessible by train via the Orange Line (Sullivan Square) and by bus via several MBTA bus lines (#s 86, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93, 95, 101, 104, 105, 109, and CT2).
Walking — The Schrafft’s City Center is just .3 miles from Sullivan Square station and is visible once you exit the station. Take the stairs out of Sullivan Square station following the yellow pedestrian walkway through the parking lot to Maffa Way. Turn right onto Maffa Way and continue on the sidewalk around the traffic circle to Main Street. When you reach the Schrafft’s Center, follow the sidewalk around to the right side of the building to the main entrance at 529 Main Street.
Shuttle — The Schrafft’s City Center provides free shuttle service between Sullivan Square station and our building, which picks up in the parking lot adjacent to the busway. When exiting Sullivan Square station, follow signs for shuttles down the stairs to the lower bus platform. Look for the “Local Motion” shuttle. These shuttles run frequently and drop off right in front of the building.
CRI’s new office is accessible by both I-93 & Route 1. When using a GPS to navigate, please use 529 Main Street, Boston as your destination address. If you plan to drive to our office, please let us know before your visit. We will ensure we have a parking space available for you.
Once you enter the lobby, walk straight ahead to the elevators. Take the elevator up to the third floor. On the third floor, you will see the door into our office.
